We hope you’ll love your purchase! However, if you change your mind, you can return any item within 30 days for a refund or replacement. This policy does not affect your UK statutory rights.

How to Return an Item:

1. Place the unused product, in its original packaging (including accessories, dust bag, and labels), along with any dispatch note, inside the outer packaging and seal it securely.

2. Return the item via your preferred method to:

3. Once we receive your return, we’ll confirm by email, and you’ll receive another email once your refund or replacement has been processed. Refunds may take up to 5 working days to process from receipt.
